Custom System Design and Consulting
ELT employs several full-time designer who are able to help develop your green roof or living wall design from concept to construction drawings. All of our designers are experienced with all of the ELT products having been involved on several installations and the development of the products themselves. Whether it is a simple terrace design or an entire building greening project, ELT's design team will exceed your expectations.

 

 

 

System Manufacturing

At ELT we design and manufacture all of our green roof components in-house. This ensures the highest level of quality and also allows for customizations when required.

 

 

 

Custom Growing

Now with two greenhouses and 10 acres of outdoor propagation area, our Brantford Facility can handle any sized project with ease. With our grower on the West Coast and several more starting up this summer across the United States and Mexico, we are better suited than ever to produce your green roof or living wall locally for Maximum LEED credit.

 

 

 

Waterproofing

ELT is now able to offer high quality TPO waterproofing and insulation with most green roof installations. This provides a single source warranty on workmanship and ensures complete compatibility between your waterproofing and green roof design. ELT will also work with other roofing contractors in your region to ensure proper installation of both the membrane and protection courses.

 

System Installation

ELT's network of certified installers are all trained on a yearly basis to ensure all skills are kept up to date. Make sure your green roof is installed by the professionals at ELT to ensure years of trouble-free enjoyment.

 

 

Maintenance and Warranties

ELT offers a full range of maintenance options for your green roof or living wall project. With each year of maintenance comes a full system warranty on your vegetation and system components - for a worry-free green roof.
